Your 1150 sq. ft. living space includes 2 bedrooms 2 baths
(ideal for 2 couples or a family of four) with:

1 King, 1 Queen sized bed, fully equipped kitchen,
wood burning fireplace, cable TV, VCR,
Stereo, open front porch, indoor and outdoor dining area,
temperature controlled heating and cooling, and washer and dryer.

We also have a highchair and crib
available for the little one.

With double occupancy hotel rates in Sedona averaging $100.00 per night, our cottages with occupancy of up to 6 people without additional charge are an excellent value.
