WE think Rocky Point is a laid back, fun, casual place to enjoy the beach, fishing, parasailing, quads, sandrails, 4X4 trucks on the dunes, casual dining, and beach club bars.

Rocky Point is all about enjoying the outdoors. It is not the kind of place that WE want to spend at a resort around the pool, we can do that anywhere.

WE don't spend a lot of our time indoors. When we do cook for ourselves it is BBQing under the patio. WE don't come to Rocky Point to sit inside and watch TV.

WE like to be close to the action, but we also like to have a quite, economical, clean, comfortable, safe place to sleep, shower and relax in between activities.

WE think of it as camping with a comfortable, dry place to sleep, with hot water and a real toilet.

YOU can spend thousands of dollars per week for a place in Rocky Point, Mexico or YOU can rent a flee bag room in a bad area for $50.00 per night.

Economical, Convenient, Clean, Safe, and Quite. This is the best way to describe our cozy rental. Our 36 foot Holiday Rambler 5th wheel trailer is skirted and permanently set up in the most secure RV park in Rocky Point. It is in nice, clean condition.

You get the picture. Nobody wants to spend their vacation doing dishes and cleaning up after themselves. There is no maid service during your stay. We try to make this simple for you and us. Try to leave it as clean as you found it.

RENTAL RATES: We limit our rental to 4 guests, perfect for two couples or a family of 4. 2 night minimum which is $65.00 per night--$130.00 total 3 night minimum for holiday periods--$195.00 total Weekly rental--$390.00 Spring Break rates are DOUBLE and are still a super deal at that Payment by cashiers check or money order from Chase, Bank of America, M & I, Wacohvia banks ONLY. We accept credit card payment through PayPal only but if you choose this method of payment we will add 4% to your total to cover the costs they charge us.

WE ALSO OFFER QUAD RENTALS FOR OUR ROCKY POINT, MEXICO GUESTS ONLY, WE DO NOT RENT THE QUADS BY THEMSELVES

Quad rentals are $100.00 per day per unit. If you want to rent them you rent them for the same number of days as your unit rental. e.g. 2 day unit rental--2 day quad rental. 3 day unit rental--3 day quad rental. 1 week rental--7 day quad rental No exceptions. Quad rental prices do not increase for spring break. This is a great deal as the locals get $100.00 for 3 hours.

You must provide credit card information for payment of quad rentals and sign an agreement that allows us to back charge your credit card for damage to the rental quads if you choose to rent them. You are required to have an available line of credit on your card at the time of your stay for this purpose. We do not abuse this requirement and hope that we don't have to use it, just as you don't want it to happen. This just assures that you treat our property as we do since we use all of these items as well, and want them in usable condition when we want to use them.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS INSIDE THE TRAILER--NO EXCEPTIONS

Payment in full is required upon booking. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS We do not advertise on the street--Internet only, so if you cancel we do not have the opportunity to rebook it. You have the option to sublet your reservation if for some reason you can't make it, but are required to have your substitute contact us to register in your place. If we have another party interested for your time we will try to rebook it for you.
